The Gatekeeper's Saga by Eva Pohler

I just finished my first series of the New Year. If you haven't read my review on the first book, here it is.

These books are addicting, full of action, love, suspense, and drama. I found myself up for hours after heading to bed because I couldn't stop reading. When I did stop reading, I dreamt about the characters. Maybe because one of the characters is the god of sleep? Not sure.

This is a wonderful YA series. Adults, like me, who enjoy YA fiction will also enjoy it.

This fantasy novel series focuses on the Greek Gods. They still rule up in Atlantis and in the Underworld. They've continued on with their duties despite the fact that the world no longer believes in them.

The god of death has a run in with Therese when her parents die and she is in a coma. He falls in love and goes undercover to try to win her heart. This is their story. A wonderful, loving (although sometimes cheesy), story of their love.

Do yourself a favor, and pick it up. I believe the first book is still available for free on Amazon Kindle. If you don't have a Kindle all you need is a smartphone or tablet to download the app.

Of course now I have to find a new book, or series, to read. Until then, I'll live in the void that their world is no longer part of my every day life.
